Happy Anniversary!

Today would have been our 14th Anniversary - we celebrate our anniversary as if we never were divorced because it doesn't even seem like we are. I love this man sooooo very much, even through all the ups and downs and trust me, there have been a lot of downs...somehow I find myself more in love with him now then I ever did before. I'm sure it has a lot do with us getting older and realizing how important it is to be love, honor and cherish the one you love. I didn't always say or do the right things before and it was truly all about me, but now I've learned that I can accomplish a lot more with Don by my side and now it can be about both of us :)

We are also celebrating 17 years together. Don and I were the best of friends our senior year in high school. We both were dating other people, but we found ourselves spending a lot of time together...to the point that his girlfriend wasn't liking it. Don would show up for my basketball games and I would always go to his to cheer him on. Thank goodness at the time, my boyfriend was out of school, so he was clueless :) We decided for the Valentine's Day dance that we would go together...as friends of course...NOT! That night was the beginning of the rest of my life...

I look forward to the spending the rest of my life with Don...and maybe...someday...we'll get re-married :) Until then, here are some pics...
