The kids spent the entire day with Grandpa so we decided to stop by and join them for dinner last night. Jeanette was cooking a wonderful dinner, turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing and biscuits...YUMMY! I miss the days of stopping by my Dad's everyday to pick up the kids when they were little...I always arrived around dinner time, which was really nice because I never had to worry about feeding the kids...those were the good ole' days.
Now, my Dad loves brownies...however, he doesn't like to share the corner pieces, so what's the next best thing...buying a special brownie pan from QVC so everyone has an edge. Below is a pic of this special pan (in case you have a edge loving brownie eater!
It didn't take us long to scarf those down...I was good and only had 1, however Don ate 3. Since the boys stayed the night with my Dad - I'm sure there isn't any left over for today :)
