Misunderstandings and Stuff...

Do you ever wonder why people take things so personally? Especially when something so innocent becomes a big deal...I must admit, I can takes things personally too. Sometimes I have to remind myself to look at the bigger picture and ask myself if I'm just overthinking it. So the question is, why do we do this to ourselves? Instead of letting stuff build up inside of us, why can't we just confront it before it becomes a huge misundestanding. Just a thought...

Ok, so it doesn't feel like I have much to say since the last time I wrote. I've been super busy helping the kids with homework since Don has been working late every night practically. Homework is hard, I got from one extreme to the other with Mason and Zach. Zach and Mason are both very smart - however one applies himself more than the other (wonder who?) I wish homework were easy :)

A lot happens in February - my aunt Diana just turned 50; Valentine's Day; my old anniversary; Melissa's 38th b-day; and my aunt Barb turns 74. Good ol' Barb, she's pretty amazing...I think about when I was little and how she took care of me and my sister. And then my Mom used to tell us how Barb always watch her and my aunt Diana when they were little and now Barb is watching my kids and occasionally Melissa's kids. Three generation of watching kids - that takes a lot of patience!

For V-day this year, we are going to dinner with Melissa and John. On Friday, we are going to the Blue Jackets game and dinner with Missy and Brian. I'm looking forward to another fun weekend.

Also, Missy and Brian are finally getting a house, yep, FINALLY! I don't want to tell you all the details when I'm sure you will read all about it on her blog. I'm excited for them, but a little sad they will be moving farther away...they are like 7 minutes from me... and soon it will be more like 20 or 25!

We'll that's about it for now, I hope to write more often, but I've been busy facebooking it!
