Too much to do and not enough time...

I can't stand it when I have lots of things planned in my head and not enough time to do it in. I stopped by Cord friday night to pick up some things for a crop I was going too...and I got to see Christy (she's always busy now) and catch up with her since that's the only place I get to see her anymore :) While I was gone Don started on the hallway floor downstairs (thank goodness); however, when I arrived at home, I noticed the floor was going in a different direction from upstairs. I asked Don, "I'm confused...why would you do the floor that way when it clearly doesn't match what's upstairs?" I got a response of..."I didn't notice." Yea, right he didn't notice he was trying to take the easy way out...he's a professional and he knows that you do the floor in the same direction as the rest...he was trying to pull one over on me. He thought I wouldn't notice, but I did and guess what...he started over!

On Saturday, I stopped by to see my Dad. He rented a large dumpster for my grandma's house to help get rid of a lot of junk before they move into the house. Let me tell you there is a lot of stuff there - I even saw newspaper articles from the 1920's...anyways, I felt bad for him because there a lot to do and not a lot of help...I hope you get it done Dad!

I met Melissa at RLJ's to crop. It was our first time there so we weren't sure what to expect; however, we had a great time. The lady working (I think, Tammy) was very nice and throughout the crop she would come over to the crop area to show us new product and also let us try some as well. I got a lot done, however, it seemed like my sister was working on the same layout for several hours, a kit she bought from the Mega Meet in May - you would have thought the kit was simple, but let me tell you it was very detailed. We had a great time and I look forward to cropping there in the future.

Since I was cropping, Don went to a "drag" show with Missy, Brian, Gregory, Michael and Jerry...yes...I said "drag" show. When I got home, Don said it was the most funniest thing he had ever been to and would go back...WHAT? Anyways, I guess I'll have to make it to the next one to enjoy a good laugh.

Sunday, we rearranged our bedroom. Our room was a diaster...and there was sooooo much dust that I had to take an allergy pill...how did I ever sleep in there? After all the clothes I've already given away since I've lost all my weight, I still managed to fill up a 55 gallon trash bag full of clothes. Our room looks good now, so onto the next project.
