My sister and I started to seriously plan our trip to Vegas (we were planning on celebrating her 40th birthday - more on that later) and we spent every weekend doing something which was a lot of fun.
My Mom's birthday was Dec 10. - she would have been 61. As I am getting older I find myself thinking of how much I am like her and how I'm starting to act like her. There are things that I might do or say that she would have said and it makes me feel really good and connected to her which I really need.
I had a wonderful Christmas, Don surprised me with and iPad - I totally wasn't expecting it and I still can't believe it. The kids had a wonderful Christmas too, they bots lots of stuff as usual but they are worth it :).
Zach and Alexis got back together and they seem really happy and they are super cute together. He spent a lot of Christmas break with his friends which was nice. Mason played his video games most of the time and only stopped to eat, sleep and shower.
I got to take some time off as well which was usual since Bob usually doesn't let me, but now that Justin works with us he actually let's me take some time off.
For New Years Eve we went to dinner at Montogomery Inn with Melissa and John and then met my Dad and Jeanette for a night of bowling. We had a wonderful time celebrating John's 40th birthday as well.
More exciting stuff coming soon, but I'm tired and need to go to bed.
