Schools OUT!

Friday, June 4 was the last day I officially had an 8th and 4th grader :(  So I guess you can say Don and I officially have a freshman...yikes...that sounds like we are old.  This past year flew by and both boys did very well in school this year.  Zach made the honor roll every quarter, which is a HUGE accomplishment.  Mason doesn't get graded yet, but his report card was very good.

We had a lot of great memories this school year.  Mason learned how to juggle this year and became very good.  His teacher thought over the course of the year that he improved so much.  Mason is one of those kids that can make friends any place...he has never met a stranger.  We are so happy that he is so outgoing and look forward to watching him grow into a fine young man.

Zach had a lot happening this year.  He actually started going out with friends after Don and I made him go to a party at the beginning of the school year (yes, we forced him to go!)  He had a girlfriend that lasted more than 2 weeks, he made the 8th Grade baseball team and went to the 8th Grade Formal and looked fabulous!  He also had a huge growth spurt - my first born is officially taller than me.

Great job to both of you boys!  We are super proud of you!
