think I can plan parties? We had Zach's 13th birthday party last Saturday. After weeks of planning and discussing with Don what needed to be done, I still managed to have a major break down which lead to Don and I fighting, cancelling the party and then deciding to go ahead with the party. The last party I planned for Zach was when he was 8, I now remember why! Where's your Mom when you need her (in heaven)? :( She always managed to calm me down and tell me it will all work out and it did, but it sure did take a lot out of me. Unfortunately for my Dad, he had to listen to me...I'm pretty sure he was thinking I was crazy.
I'm glad I decided to have the party for Zach - after telling him we weren't having it...to then telling him we were, he said, "Mom, I'm glad were having the party, because I really wanted to have it." Ok, I wanted to cry, I felt like a horrible Mom. This poor kid has been through enough and his Mom had to go off the deep end!
The party went really well (I think). At least Zach had a wonderful time and got a lot of money to buy himself a new TV for his room. For those that had to endure my break down...thanks for listening! Don and I haven't mentioned a thing about our argument and I think I'll leave it that way :)

you did a great job..I don't know why you were so worried!!! But Tash and I will be happy to plan the parties for you!! Your mom would have been very proud of you :)
